Photo and Film Permission
At Coopers Lane School we sometimes take photographs of pupils involved in school activities. The photos that we take are solely for the school’s use. We use these photos in the school’s information booklet for new students, weekly newsletter, on the school’s website and twitter account and on display boards around the school. We sometimes film children as part of their topic work. We also film the children during school productions and whilst away on school journeys, which we share with parents / carers via an emailed, password protected link.
To ensure we are meeting GDPR guidelines, we need to re-seek your consent each new academic year to take and use photos and film footage of your child. We really value using photos and film footage of pupils to showcase their learning and show what life at our school is like to others, so we would appreciate you taking the time to give consent again.
We would like your consent to take photos and film your child, and use them in the ways described above. If you’re not happy for us to do this, that’s no problem – we will accommodate your preferences.
To give your consent, please complete the form on our website via the following link – https://forms.gle/C733u78Dbzwb6yVk8,
If you have more than one child at Coopers Lane, please complete the form separately for each child.
If you change your mind at any time or have any other questions, please contact the school office.
If we do not receive your permission, we will not be able to photograph or film your child.
