The New National Curriculum for maths has been taught across the school from September 2014.
We have taken the new domains and P.O.S and written our own exciting curriculum headed under three unit titles. All of which will be taught through the three aims of knowledge, reasoning and problem solving.
Mathematical learning at Coopers Lane will have a purpose and include real life, practical activities which challenge mathematical thinking and allow children to move through targets and progress at a personal rate in their daily learning.
